Simple No sewing necessary Tutu (with link to tutorial!)

I'm new to craftster but I've been a long time lurker, obsessive really. Anyway I thought I'd post something I've made earlier this year. It's a pretty simple tutu and here is how it came out

I wish I would have found your tutorial last month! I made my first tutu and i basically just sewed a casing into about 10 yards of tulle. Your way is SO MUCH SIMPLER! And it looks better on the waistband, as well! Nice!
