I wove this cute lil' purse using 5mm and 4mm siam colored swarovski crystals. I'm not a "girlie-girl" by any means but teeny tiny purses just make me squeal with delight! lol

Sorry about the crappy photos. I really have the hardest time taking photos of crystals...can't ever get the sparkle quite right. After snapping what seemed like a bazillion photos I ended up settling with these. If anyone has tips on photographing crystals I'm all ears!

I wish I had a doll to pose with the purse, it's the perfect size "boho" bag for a barbie. She could even fit her barbie sized chihuahua in there.  Grin

This is really awesome, girl! I love the added detail!!! You should consider a bunch of them as charms on a necklace!

My only suggestion for photographing crystals is to no use any flash, put your light filter on a (+) 1 or 2, and use a monopod to hold the camera very, very steady!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this purse!

Onyxnox, that metal part is a finding I got from Fire Mountain Gems - I got a bunch of different style findings for the purpose of the purses, but this one was the winner.

Erin thanks so much for your kind words! I think a charm necklace would be wonderful - but I'd love to do all different syle purses. It's the kind of project that will be a while "in the making". I tend to get bored and need to work on, like, 5 different things at once. lol.

Jojo, this is incredibly cute and well done!  Amazing attention to detail!  I think just one purse on a necklace, maybe with a teardrop crystal strung up next to it would be wonderful!
