Here's a great Mother's Day gift idea (providing your mom loves tea like mine does!) It is a relaxing herbal tea blend. All you need is to package it in a nice tin with a tea ball (can get them at most Dollar Stores) and voila, instant crafty gift!

"Quiet Spirit" Tea:

1/2 cup dried Rosemary
1/2 cup dried Lavender
1/2 cup dried mint
1/4 cup dried chaomile
1/4 cup dried cloves

Combine herbs and store in an airtight tin or bag.
Use about 1 teaspoon of tea mix (in tea ball or tea bag) for every 6 ounces of boiling water. Let steep for 5-8 minutes and enjoy!

I get my dried herbs from the local Bulk Barn store. They carry everything listed in the recipe except for lavender, that comes from the health/natural shop. There's also a specialty botanical/herb shop in the city where I live: It's totally old-school with the herbs in big glass jars BUT very expensive so I just go to the bulk store instead!

I made this for my mom! I got the herbs from Bassett's Health Food Store, (they carry them in bulk). We'll see how she likes it!
