$5.00 glass mini dessert stand or tea lite holder

I glued the candle stick to the dish for the base and the glass star marble to the bowl for the lid.


It's adorable with the flickering tea lite.  The total cost for one is $5. Two would only cost $7.
Perfect at each place setting for a little tea party or birthday. Petit Fours not included.

which  glue did you use? how well does it hold up? Looks awesome

I used the $1.00 clear glue from the Dollar Tree household aisle---it's almost a cement caulk type or like an epoxy. It's kind of awesome for $1.00. I don't have any of the pieces or stand with me. I wish I did take better pictures. The next time I'll be better prepared!

I made something similar to this as center pieces for my wedding, and they moved very well from the wedding to household decorative pieces. I still have them out in my home and so do my mother and mother-in-law. Mixing up the various glass pieces is fun.

This is pretty, and I agree that they would make good gifts. They are versatile because you can add flowers or candles in different colors to change the look. Nice job
