Christmas Stocking Swap 5 (SENDOUTS Nov. 20th)

I think I am all done with store-bought stuffers now, still may pick up a few more things, ya never know.  And I am pretty sure that I have also finished buying any supplies I may need for completeing the rest of the handmade stuff   I'm pretty excited to finish this up, just because I am excited to create all my ideas, you know what I mean?

I had a pasty once when I visited the U.P.  I wasn't a fan, but I think the place I went served them with turnips as an ingredient, which I apparently am not a fan of.  It may have had too much onion also... I'm sure I'd like it if it were made a bit differently, not to mention my taste is quite a bit more broad now than it used to be, so I will have to make it a point to try one again someday if I'm ever in pasty region again

Yay for Christmas mix cd's!  I make a new one for the car every year!

I know I have to really apply myself and get moving.  I have a few minor things in the works, but nothing finished.  I did finish my supply shopping last night - 2 1/2 hours and then had to make do because they didn't have what I really wanted.   Junk!  But don't worry partner, I found most of what I wanted for you.... it's just three swaps in progress and a combined shopping trip.

I trust you....besides...if it is filled with chocolate I will be happy!

making things here and there.... have enough supplies, (maybe too many), that sometimes I dont know what to make next....and every time I turn around Im adding things to my list of ideas...... .......

I'm still plugging along, but the coolest thing happened and I had to share!

My dad always goes to auctions and will buy boxes of (essentially) junk for like $1 each.  Sometimes he ends up with something really good like jewelry, antiques, tools he needs, etc.

I was rifleing through a bunch of books and found something absolutely perfect for something my partner wants, just wayyyy tucked inside a box of books.  I'm not going to say, cause I want to keep the surprise, but it worked out so well!!  I'm so excited!

That is the one thing I miss about driving a newer car.... My car's radio doesn't even work. Sometimes, though, I will say it is nice to get in after a really long day and hear------ nothing.

I have been making crafting playlists for the last few days and it is soooooooo much fun! I have gotten a ton more done in the last day and a half, all thanks to my crafty xmas music!

I messed up my stocking this morning i have to pray i have enough materials left to remake it *really upset by this* it looked sooo amazing im so upset for having done what i did and having messed it up.

I still have things to make but it should come along in no time! (hopefully)

Okay - so I had to pack mine in two boxes - I was afraid one thing might get terribly squashed....happy to have it all wrapped, packed and ready to go though - I'll try hard not to jump the gun and at least wait til November 1st to mail it out!  HOORAY for getting in the holiday spirit!
