I haven't done much recently. Spent this week finishing the living room. Paint, what pictures I have for the walls. They look so empty with nothing on them!

I am busy working on my swap but I had a mishap with the stocking.  It was coming along nicely and looking real cute and close to being finished when I burned it with the to hot iron.  Well back to the cutting table to start over.  Oh well I worked out all of the process on the first one so I should be able to put the second one together without much thinking.  I have finished several item to put inside and they turned out nice.

I'm so sorry to hear that - I hate when that happens!  I the same thing once to my daughter's Christmas dress one year - I was just setting the hem when I touched the iron to the organdy overlay.......  it made a giant burn on the fabric and ruined the dress.

Enter Swap Baby #3: Alice. born yesterday at 2:06 AM

Don't think it'll slow me down, though I can't think of anything for this stocking (other than the stocking) that isn't crocheted. I am more versatile than this! I promise!

Just checking in. I went to a yardsale and found the most perfect tree ornament for my partner, I have to dazzle it up a little more. I also found 12 christmas tins for caramel popcorn, only two bucks! Woot. Oh and a bag of jewelry to take apart and resesmble for three bucks! *Grinning*

Edie, do you like the smell of brown sugar, almonds, and grapefruit?

I need to start sewing...

Eek, I'm sorry! I put a few on there, the ones I was really hoping to find were Jimmy Buffet stockings, but I only found the one. And when I searched for "The Office" stockings I didn't find much either.   But hopefully there's enough on there to get you going!
