Christmas Stocking Swap 5 (SENDOUTS Nov. 20th)

My stocking is turning out really big too!  I guess that means more goodies....

yep.........Im around...........my brother,wife and kids are here from CO for 10 days............hav ing a great time with them, just not  a lot time for crafting........... ..have lists of stuff and somthings started and a few done, but no real dents yet

Are lots of people sending really early?  What is the protocol for that...do we open everything right when we get it, or are we waiting?  I'm in no danger of sending anytime soon, but I was just curious!

I may send early, but I know when I get my package I am going to have to open it. Otherwise I might implode from the anticipation!!

Yeah, I don't even have the patience to wait until after work to open a swap package, let alone until Christmas!

I'm in the wait till Christmas category...am doing this swap so I have a stocking that I did not have to stuff myself for Christmas morning.  Am still undecided about anything that may not 'fit' in the stocking...I my B-Day is Nov 30th, so I'd probably open it.  Will be torture to have to wait but that is half the fun 

I just pulled out the long Flat-Rate-Box and um, it is almost full...I think I'll wrap the stuff in the stocking but if my partner does not mind I'll leave the padding/extras unwrapped so I can make more    there are so many wants on her wist that seem like needs to me and are easy for me to make    Then again, now that I think about it...tissue paper does not take up that much space...I've just got to take pictures of the bought goodies before wrapping...

My partner Sezouli is making my girls so happy! She has mailed them a box of crafting supplies so they can be part of the swap. They are tracking the package online and loving it. Thanks again Sezouli!

I'm with you on that one, I'd love to be able to wait if the organizers decide that's okay.
But... *exaggerated sigh* if I MUST open it when it arrives I think I'll suffer through it just fine.

Waiting until Christmas is going to be waaaay too hard.  I always want to tear into every swap package that I receive the minute it comes in the door.  A Christmas package is even worse.

I'm doing the Secret Santa swap and we have to wait until Dec. 19 to open our packages, and that will be hard enough.  So unless we have to wait, I'll probably open mine as soon as I get it.  Maybe I'll hold out one stuffer for Christmas day.
