I just asked my son what he wanted me to make him for birthday/christmas...for a month, he has been telling me he wants a plush vacuum Huh  Finally he changed his mind!  Now he wants a few tribbles and a glommer Grin  We are obviously doing something right with my littlest nerd!

Does anyone have a glommer pattern floating around?  I think I have it firgured out, but only in my mind, I need to do more research Wink

I was doing a little craft-closet tidy, looking for a big project to take into the basement to watch todays remastered TOS marathon on TV, when I found this old project. Had I known I still had it, Ruby Copperhead would have received it in the most recent Trek swap (whether she liked Data, or cats, or neither).

I loved this poem and I think whoever wrote it deserved some sort of award, getting all those long words to rhyme.
Here is a close-up of the actual font used. I don't think I'd use such a hard to read one next time.

I also found this, which was a sign on the wall of the Q Continuum (I think it was when it was portrayed as a dusty old ghost town)

Oh aethelberga, that IS wonderful!

That poem is fabulous Grin
Your cross-stitching is wonderful!

Also, can I just ask your opinions once again about my Bones x-stitch.
I was going to have "Dammit Jim, I'm a Surgeon. Not a Psychiatrist"

But now I am thinking "By golly, Jim, I'm beginning to think I can cure a rainy day!"
Its slightly happier and perkier Grin

Any opinions?

I had forgotten about the sign in the Continuum.  And now I have "I've even been the scarecrow" bouncing in my head.

Awesomeness on the poem!  Great job stitching Cheesy

Wasn't there something about the dog too? "We've all been the dog."

That sounds about right...Man, now I'm going to have to find it online after kiddo drifts into the land of dreams.  I need a good Trek fix.

Yay!
I am introducing my friend to the wonderful world of TOS today.
With the help of some of the old movies (alas, my TWOK and SFS havent come in the post yet) which are Voyage Home (lol) and Undiscovered Country...I think it'll be the latter as she loves Iman and Sex In The City thus Kim Catrell is in it.

Also making persuasive Trek biscuits which i'll put up when I am done.

Also got out 'ST: Academy. Collision Course' today.
SERIOUSLY MR. SHATNER!

I love him though, even though he is an egotistical tit.

But it is a surprisingly good book. Trust me.
