The first pendant is my first ever experiment with resin, so please be kind Smiley

I'm a bit of a dork so since we were using spoons as a base I decided to make a spoonful of sugar.  I used the chemical symbol for sucrose and a bit of glitter at the end of the spoon.

The second is a choker made from leather, lace and a brass flower button.  I think it still needs something, but I like it.

I really love your necklaces.  I want to experiment with resin but am a little bit afraid of the fumes.  In your opinion was it that bad?  I have a serious lung problem so it scares me a little, is it something you can do out on the back porch with a mask?  Any info anyone that's played with resin has would be great.  Thanks!!!!

I love the geeky spoon, LOL.  Chemistry jewelry is under-represented Wink

Thanks, we used Easy Craft resin and I think my friend said that it has less fumes than some of the other types.  It didn't seem bad, we did the mixing and pouring inside and let the pieces sit in another room with a fan.  If your lungs are sensitive though I would definitely wear a good mask to be on the safe side.

Great work on the spoon pendant! So clever! ...and the second one looks great on you... sometimes less is more & I'd count it as a finished project!
