mine should be out of the oven any min. i will take the best pics i can w/ my cell and post

ok edit to post!

i used a cream cheese that was pre-frozen.i used my blender to mix it all.it worked so much better when i added all 3 ingredients at once instead of 1 at a time like it says.

i was going to use soy milk but i know my mom will be having some in the morning so i used milk w/ a little water.(she has Hemochromatosis/ too much iron)

i got 3 loafs out of the bath.one a little smaller then the others but thats fine.also i added = amounts of cinnamon & nutmeg.

loaf #3 i mixed the cream cheese and the bread together.it tastes just like the other 2.

I just gained 5 pounds looking at that picture.  pumpkin. cream cheese.  wow i just drooled on the keyboard.  Seriously if I had this and a cup of coffee I would be happy ALL DAY!

Thank you, Olivia27, for sharing this recipe with us!
I made this today, and it's sooo moist and yummy.  I was really distracted while baking (house-hunting online and baking do not mix) so I forgot to add the walnuts to the batter... I just sprinkled them on top. 




The cream cheese pockets on this end of the loaf were small, but they're bigger on the other end, and on the other loaf.  (again -- distracted!)

You guys REALLY ought to try this!  Thanks again for posting!
