The anime club I'm in got together about a week ago, and we made some character pillows.  Mine are from Hetalia Axis Powers.  Thanks to my friend Jen for letting me use her camera, since mine stinks.

Side one- Germany and Italy & Germany

other side: Germany and the Allies

They're iron on.  I haven't tried printable fabric yet, but I want to eventually.

wow, where'd you find such large pictures to iron on?  did you buy them from somewhere, or did you do it yourself and if so, how did you do it??  I'd like to make my daughter these for Christmas because she is soooo hard to shop for!

I did them myself!  Well, I had a little help.  First I found an image I liked.  The pillow on the left used screencaps from the show, the one on the right I found images online.  I had my husband clean up the screencap images in photoshop, but the two I found online were fine.  Then I printed them out on t-shirt transfer paper, and followed the instructions for transfering the images.  Then I just sewed up the sides and stuffed them!  Easy-peasy.

They're not scratchy, but they're stiff at first.  They'll soften if you wash them before you stuff them.
