I wanted to share with you the wedding cakes I made for my big sis's wedding last weekend.  The main cake was chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream and chocolate fondant.  The second cake was for those vanilla lovers with a simple lemon curd filling and white buttercream, with a bit of chocolate decorations.

I hope you like it as mush as I loved doing it!

Excellent work!

I'd love to try to make a chocolate wedding cake, but everyone around here is so stuck on the traditional white.....argh!

The chocolate cake looks good, it's very thoughtful of you to make a second cake. You saved her a tun of money.

'The main cake was chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, chocolate buttercream and chocolate fondant.' Omg, yum! Look how many times that says chocolate! I love lemon curd as much as the next guy but I am still a chocholic at heart.

Your cakes are beautiful.  Your work is devine.

There's just one thing.  I don't think you have enough chocolate there. Grin  Actually I almost wish I would have been invited to that reception.  It looks delicious.

Your chocolate ganache coating is flawless. It is so elegant, and i bet both cakes would be very delicious!
