This is the little blue bell from kingdom hearts (mainly seen in the coloseum). I made this costume with out a pattern.
the hat is made from a baseball cap, traffic cone, fabric, and stuffing.
the body was made from fabric, two wire hangers, paint, and hose tubbing.

i hope you guys enjoy it!

i bought some hose tubbing and connected it with a some kind of hook i found laying around, that way to hose can beremoved for easy travel

ah I would have guessed a hula hoop. But I don't think those would be as easy to work with.
