good job you! I just reorganized all my circular knitting needles and feel like I need to take a break.
Who knew I had so many doubles?

Are you willing to part with a few? I'm in need of some larger sized circs... Wink

I'm just starting to build up my knitting needle collection, so I'd be happy to take some off your hands too.  Smiley  I only have 3 sets of regular needles and 1 set of circulars I just got and haven't taught myself to use yet.

I wish I could craft *during* work.  My boss would have a fit!!

I craft during my lunch hour, and that already makes him crazy!  Well, that and people stopping by to see what I am making this week.

Anybody know of a job for a crafty computer geek in Chicagoland?

I desperately need some 12"  10.5US circs for a project.  I thought I had some but I think I sold them all in my shop many rounds ago....

Wowza, so many cute things in the shops this weekend! Love the shawl and those are cute ornaments! lapoli, I spent a lot of time today watching season premieres that I had DVR'd, instead of crafting. Wink  I should have crafted, though, there are so many cool things in the shops right now.

gavagai, congrats on the job! That's so cool, I'm very excited for you.

A2K, sending positive thoughts and prayers (I'm a confused girl sometimes) your way!!!

And for whomever it was that asked about the belly warmers, they work really, really well. I claimed 3 from zelda last year and they certainly keep the warmth inside. Wink

SheepBlue - those are cute!

My productive weekend ended in a nice, hour-long nap followed by a glass of wine.  Now I feel like casting on something mindless but I think, instead, I'll go work on either the second bella mitten or a shawl I'm working on.  A clean craft room is not quite as inspirational as it was when it was dirty.  Grin

ETA:

Freestyle - If you think knitting is something you're going to be sticking with, I'd recommend looking into one of the interchangeable needle sets.  The Denise needle set is about $50 (about the equivalent of 3 pairs of circs) and you can use it for almost EVERYTHING.  A set contains about 6 cords and tip sizes US5-16, giving it almost infinite uses.  Honestly, it's the best $50 I've ever spent.

I love my Denise set!  Didn't get a chance to take pictures of my hand painted roving yet ... was at an auction and picked up a 2 Heddle table top loom for $15!!!

Anyone have suggestions on what to do with cinnamon basil? I had to pull all the basil in my plot this afternoon, and I don't think it would be good in pesto (where the rest of the basil is about to go).

After pesto and salsa-making, I am going to play with fiber Smiley

Yeah, now that you mention it, I think that Miss Violaceous was going to make them for you?

Anyway, I intend to try it.. not sure if I'm going to want to steek them or just make a cuff without the buttons.
