I painted my Mum a biscuit cat alike her real cat and my Dad made this Million Dollar shot.
So where is the original and where is the copy? (Hint: The original is a tiny little bit fatter)

AHHHHH!!
That is too darn hilarious!
When I first saw the little post picture I couldn't determine whether the cat was sitting beside a painting of itself, or if you had crocheted a version of it...
But any way, it is awesome!

When I first saw the thumbnail, my first thought was "why is someone posting a picture of their two cats - did they make the mat the cats are sitting on?"

That is an awesome picture - so funny that the real cat is posed just so perfectly beside his doppelganger.  Even to the tip of his tail!

Hi there! LOVE the cat, its great!

What exactly is the base that you painted on? Was it plaster or some other medium?

Yes it is plaster. I painted it with ordinary acrylic paint and sealed it with clear coat

Some people try to pet the cat until they realize it is not real...
