My son's house looks kinda bare, and I wondered what I could make to brighten up the place.  I bought these dishcloths at walmart.  My son had gifted me with some Aunt Martha's Hot Iron Tranfers.  This one was from Animated Dish Motifs.  I had to fudge with the faces because of the nap on the towel, the images sort of didn't transfer right (aka: i'm not a good ironer or ironist).  They still seemed such a little gift, so I also crocheted some pot holders.  (those are posted in the crochet area). I hope he likes them!!

here are their closeups

yellow was supposed to have two eyes.  One eye just didn't transfer!!

red's lips aren't supposed to be like that at all.  She got collagen!!

blue's okay. Life just hasn't "chipped" her yet!!

Shh!!! no one tell my son about this site.  They're gonna be a surprise!!!

So cute.  My boyfriend just moved out and has been making his collection of kitchen stuff from kind donations from family and friend, he just didn't get much for tea towels.  So I'm going to be embroidering him some too!

Also, I swear I used to have this same embroidery pattern!!!
