We're having so much fun in the current round, the quesion can't be if there will be another round, only when, and who will organize it Grin
Suggestions?
I can only organize if it's around October/November, I'd rather have a round before that if someone can organize.

Hey, if we have it in December, we could a Star Trek Xmas swap. There's some nice crossover ideas there. Who wouldn't like a Crystalline Entity with little bells on?

Ha ha!!

Also, the tiny horga'hn for when you have time for only a little jamaharon...priceless! Cracked me up!!

But we have flamethrowers. And what this indicates to me, it means that at some point, some person said to himself, "Gee, I sure would like to set those people on fire over there. But I'm way too far away to get the job done. If only I had something that would throw flame on them."

Yeah, really, who doesn't like to have their lifes sucked out of them so much better if the Crystalline Entity is properly dressed? Wink
Whereas, you could crochet some snowflakes for tree ornaments, and people would only get suspicious if you added a number of spaceships and / or lifeless bodies Grin

Well, craftwise, and elsewise, I go nuts around Christmas, because I am descended from a long line of botched family planning resulting in a birthday-crammed December  Embarrassed So a sendout in December is going to kill me... which wouldn't necessarily keep me from joining, but I just wanted to mention it.  Wink

It doesn't have to be in December, just because it's Xmas. I understand that's a busy time of year for people. It doesn't even have to be Xmas, although to be honest, I've thought of about 10 ideas since I said that: Star Trek themed xmas crackers, a stuffed Commander Data who plays xmas carols when you squeeze him, the crew dressed up as dancing elves (I was going to post an Elf Yourself link here but apparently it is down for the summer  Sad ). The list goes on.

Dude.  A Chris Pine tree.  My first thought was a tiny little tree with every single ornament with Chris Pine's face on it.  That would be an acceptable trade off, I think.  Smiley

Can we have the Star Trek Xma crossover as an option? I'd love to craft for someone who wants some Trek themed xmas swag.

I agree with the time slot... and why not a christmas option? Sounds like fun!
So, unless someone else jumps in as an organizer, I'll open sign-ups in the middle of October.

I was a bit overwhelmed with other swaps, but as soon as the swap I am currently organizing finishes, I will open sign-ups. That should be next week.
If anyone else wants to organize, please do, I'd totally not mind Cheesy

OK, sign-ups for the Star Trek Christmas Swap are open!
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=327397.0

I have no idea how I could get myself into organizing this Cheesy Anyone who would like to co-organize is very welcome!

I picked a long crafting time - four weeks before christmas for those who can make it before christmas, and two more weeks for folks like me whose brains stop working if they try to think the thought of a sendout shortly before christmas Grin
I think this makes it comfortable for a bigger number of people.

So, I expect you all to be there! If I am nuts enough to organize a swap before christmas, I will not accept any excuses Grin Grin
