Since I loved watching Pippi Longstocking when I was a little girl I found the DVD for my daughters to watch. They absolutely loved it and so I had to make a amigurumi Pippi. It took me a while. A lot of trial and error but I finally got her right. Check her out! My girls love her but I may end up keeping her for myself!  Grin

OMG OMG OMG....

My sister and I LLOOOOOOOOOVED this movie when we were kids. It was just the best thing ever. I bet if I heard it, I could still remember some of the songs. lol. I'm going to have to make this for my niece now for Christmas, and give it to her with the DVD. This is brilliant. Amazing job. Smiley

Awesome job! What girl of the 80's didn't want to be Pippy Longstocking (or Punky Brewster or Cindy Lauper)

How did you do the eyes? Are they fully embroidered?

Actually, that's not so weird. After all, Pippi Longstocking IS Swedish. I've watched it dubbed in Dutch when I was little. So if you had the original film/series, they spoke Swedish. Original is the best Cheesy

And yes Shelina, she looks great! Maybe you can share her with your kids? You can have her after their bedtime? Smiley
