A friend of mine just had her second baby girl last nite so I'm gonna send her some gifts. I would have given it to her in person if it wasn't for that we live in 2 different countries.
I made a reversible wrap dress, bloomers and booties. When i saw the fabric, I really fell in love with it. It was really expensive though ( 18 euros a meter) but i couldn't resist Wink

c&c are very much appreciated!
Thank you! Smiley

the colors don't really come out good on this photo

Very pretty - and I love the reversible-ness too.  I really need to stop being such a cheapskate with fabric - I know nice fabric makes for nicer outcomes - but when I do have more expensive fabric, I fear to cut it.  That collection is so cute, it gives me one more excuse to get over it!

aww...very cute. I'm sure your friend will love it. Did you use a pattern for bloomers? I'm hoping to make a baby dress this week but don't have a bloomer pattern.

Very cute.  I especially love the booties, they look like they would stay on very well.  What pattern did you use?

I'm that way too, what i usually do if I want to make something out of some expensive fabric, is that i make the pattern with some less expensive fabric first, to see if i like it Wink But I know it's kinda scary to cut that lovely expensive piece....

i used Amy butler's pattern for the booties, it's in her little stitches book.
For the dress and bloomers i used a pattern i bought on etsy : http://www.etsy.com/view_transaction.php?transaction_id=17497441
