This is for all of us crafters who adore Halloween but do not have the time or money to participate in those big wonderful swaps that are also going on. Or maybe you just want to be involved in everything Halloween, and who can blame you?! The point is to keep this simple and fun and just make something awesome in tribute to the best holiday ever!
