This is a little satchel/bag/pouch I knit for a friend who is moving at the end of the month.  He's leaving for a different town temporarily, & I thought it would be nice for him to have something to keep some of his 'stuff' in.



I didn't use a pattern - I just made it up as I went along.  It's random stash yarn, knit with these old wonky circs I 'borrowed' from mom.  Somehow I think it works.

Oh, & my friend loved it!   Grin

It totally works.  Very cute.  I need to knit something similar to hold our scrabble tiles...

If it had grown up, it would have made a dreadfully ugly child; but it makes rather a handsome pig, I think.
