I received my goodies from Melladh yesterday!!!

First thing was the two books. I have not read any Pratchett before but my husband just got the graphic novels of some of the disc world books from the library so from his assessment I am quite looking forward to reading Masquerade. I have heard a lot about Gaiman so I'm really excited about this book too... I don't know which to start first!

the crafty goodness I got was amazing... here is a sleeping mask and awesome book cover and a really beautiful bookmark...

Here's a close up of the book mark and the back as well

The writing on the back is a verse which refers to Huginn and Muninn... a pair of ravens that fly all over the world and bring Odin information. I love this!

I am so glad I was able to get in on this swap! I hope Melladh like my package as much as I like hers!

I'm so happy you liked everything Cheesy I worked really hard on that bookmark, and fell in love with that verse when looking for Hugin & Munin references. It's mistranslated all over the web as far as I can tell - I understand some of the nordic text, though I have to admit I don't understand all of it Wink
The best thing is where they've translated the nordic to english and then try to go back to some nordic names to make it sound cooler, which makes it quite horribly wrong really. Grin
Okay, rant over Smiley

I finally received from Malbert last night!! Ot was worth the wait!

First was "Plum Lovin'" by Janet Evonovich. I havent read any of her books, but have seen a lot. This sounds like a good one! (Forgot a picture)

She painted a box with what I believe is a quote from the book...I'll have to read and see!

Next, a fun "Twilight" Inspired tote:

A necklace and bracelet set:

And a cool Twilight charm bracelet:

I love everything!! Thanks Malbert!!

I'm not postive on the quote, but I believe that is a Twilight quote.
Excellent package, that tote bag really made me laugh out loud a bit, very clever! The stenciling is really well done.

I got a sweet package from TheSexyTurtle that I managed to pick up at the post office today Cheesy

Group shot!

I got a Gideon Defoe book called The Pirates! In an adventure with SCIENTISTS that promises to be an awesome read Cheesy
Those rainbowy things I think are book tag thingies for putting your name in a book?
Three shrink plastic pins (the dinosaur skelly is really cool), and an awesome trinket box Cheesy
When opening the book I also found this neat bookmark that I missed completely at first

Adams love! Grin

I also got a bag of pop rocks that I have to try soon, it somehow snuck out of the group shot Cheesy (I placed it there very specifically and then managed to take a shot that excluded it)

There were these sweet stars all over that made me silly happy

And my cats were completely hypnotized by the smell of the box it all came in

But let's take a closer look at that sweet trinket box Cheesy

I LOVE maps, and it has that awesome lacquered wooden feel that the interior of my family's sail boat used to have (we don't have the boat anymore, parents opted for a summerhouse instead Sad )

Inside

I love it, thanks TheSexyTurtle Cheesy
