im so glad you love everything hayatiggs! i was really surprised myself the way the needle felt bird came out..it was literally the first needle felted thing ive made and originally i thought i would practice a little but it came out nice enough to use. oh yeah and knitting cables was definitely easier than i thought it would be also!

i had so many more ideas of stuff i wanted to make you but i didnt want to totally over do the 5 points

This gallery just gets better and better!  I love the book purse, the orange cardinal hat (seriously, that is beautiful!) and the art quilt.  The sachets are sweet -- I have a thing for sachets for some reason.

Wow, this has been an *amazing* swap! I love Crafty.Canadian's mug, and the book purse is wonderful, and that display cabinet from craftewoman is so lovely! And weet!'s cardinal hat is wondeful.

I received an *amazing* package from Lunique! She totally spoiled me. It was like Christmas.

Everything:

Amazing handpainted bird matroshka set, cruelty-free feathers from when her dad worked at a zoo (the big one is a pen!), lovely dove earrings, a set of metal pins, awesome fortune cookie dangler, tiny crow (because they're a favourite of mine!) in it's own little drawstring bag, and an awesome vintage Dutch children's book!

I received from Smmarrt on Monday... and here it is Friday and I haven't put up pics yet!     So here they are... Smmarrt absolutely spoiled me with all these extras!  Everything is so well crafted and awesome, she is amazing! The pictures dont really do the items justice, it's been so rainy here I was forced to take crappy pictures inside with teh flash instead of outside in the light like I usually do.

first up are the postcards/notecards and birdie stickers


the first main item... this absolutely adorable stuffie!!!  The fabrics are so cool and they go very well together, this lil guys is so cute!!!

some more extras... craft/cookie cutters in bunny and bird shapes!


she used her own set of cutters to make these clay bird ornaments/pendants and she sent me a bag of wooden bird and egg shapes as well!


love the chicken stamped notepad.... she stamped every page!


but the main event is this gorgeous, beautiful, wonderful apron!




it is so well made! the tie is made of this wonderful batik print fabric, and the bird fabric is almost like a vinyl texture... seems easy to wipe clean. it is a craft apron, i will use it to hold my scissors and things but it will never see glue or anything messy!! 

all my goodies together!

Those matroshka birds are pretty sweet too.

I actually gasped out loud when I saw the nesting dolls (birds) -- beautiful! Where do you get the plain ones to paint? 

That apron is amazing!  Great stuff everyone!
