I did b/w photography for many years, took it all 4 years through high school and considered myself to be a very good amateur photographer.  Nature and wading birds, like egrets, were some of my fave things to shoot, so I can VERY MUCH appreciate the photography.  Great work!

Love the swallow hair portrait!!  And your tat...I need to get one redone on my upper back...maybe I will do a bird over the badly faded butterfly that is there now.

That tattoo is beautiful! I'd never get one, but sometimes I just gotta say...
I love the Swallow hair portrait. A great original piece of artwork.
The notebook and nest are so cute!

Ooh, the swallow portrait is beautiful -- everyone has been so creative in this swap!

Crafty gurll, I am so happy you liked your package -- I definitely had swap anxiety because I adored everything you sent along!  I will see if I have any other pictures -- I think that I just took them on my iPhone, so I can't guarantee their awesomeness either.  (My husband, the source of the bird photography, is rather protective of our "good" camera.  Hmph.)  Roll Eyes

I'm so glad you enjoyed it Lunique! And you posted a pic of the tattoo! It's amazing. Like craftewoman, I don't think tattoos are for me, but now and then when I see one like that, I go hmm... Tongue  It's really beautiful, and I love that it's something that will always have lots of meaning for you! ^_^

Wow, Lunique! Your tattoo is very nearly exactly what I'm hoping to get soon! Same exact placement, too! I'm planning on a blue jay, though, I think. Neat coincidence! Mine is to be a memorial of the blue hair I used to have all throughout college and high school. Still miss it. Anyway, yours looks really really nice. Very pretty.
Both pairs of earrings you got are adorable, too. I especially like the second pair; I never thought those little birds would make good earrings. I think I've seen those sort of knicknack birds around before.

I really like ohthat's knitted scarf. I cannot knit as I get too bored and top about 5 inches in and now have forgotten how, so I am impressed when anyone can knit something substantial! I don't usually like how variegated yarn comes together but I like it in that. The birdy adds a nice touch too!

Everything here is really so great and nothing is even similar to anything else - I love it!

Thanks for the compliments!! Cheesy

In a year I want another slightly different one on my right shoulder. And eventually a full back piece Grin. My mum deff doesnt like that idea however Wink

I wasn't sure for a long time about the place. First I wanted it under my collarbone, but I decided against it. This place is much more convenient and easely hidden for work Wink

I'm very curious at your going-to-be tattoo Mouser! I love the meaning behind the idea! I always like tattoos more if they mean something special for the owner, especially if that meaning is a bit hidden Smiley

Wow! So many great packages! I love Sunflower Smiles appliqued shirt, CraftyCanadian's apron with that cute chicken pocket, Crafty gurll's great mirror frame, Lunique's earrings and beautiful swallow hair artwork, and LindsayLoo's dangly clock.
