Made these trousers in class, did most of the sewing yesterday and did the buttons and hems today. I am really please with them, being my size I find it really hard to find trousers that fit well.

Would love to hear everyone opinion on them!

I don't wear high waisted things as they don't suit my body shape, but I like these on you. They fit really well and sit nice and flat across the front. Nothing like a custom fit. What kind of fabric is this?

Also, are they comfortable to sit in?

The fabric is a 50/50 wool polyester blend. I think. I bought it months ago and can't remember. It's really soft though.

They are fairly comfortable to sit in. I mean, a high, stiff waistband will never be the most comfortable thing, but they are fine and wouldn't see myself having any problems sitting in them for extended periods of time.

Thanks heaps for your reply!

Those kind of pants are not at all my kind of pants (I like mediumly-low waisted and flared), but they look great on you and are very well done. Congrats Grin

They're beautiful, the buttons look so good on the top. I have the same problem with high-waisted pants, I'm not your size but fitting a million little places is so frustrating  Angry Yours look very nice, great job Smiley
