Don't ask me why I made a sleeping bag for a toddler, but oh this was so much fun! I made this out of an old curtain and some flannel and felt. It was so much easier than it looks. I just made a big bag with the two fabrics, stuffed batting inside, sewed on felt circles, and finished it with velcro on the sides.

I made an in-depth tutorial with pictures on my blog if you think you want to give it a try!

I know why you did it.  Because it's adorable and I'm sure she loved it.  My daughter would LOVE this and she's just almost 2.

What a great idea! I have several extra curtains that can now be put to good use! My granddaughter is almost 2 and this would be perfect for when she comes to visit! Thanks for posting your tutorial!

I LOVE THIS!

When I was a child, I always slept on a pallet on the floor next to my grandparent's bed.
It's something they'll remember forever!

Its so cute! My baby cousin would love this! She smashes a ton of blankets together and sandwiches herself inbetween them when we have a little sleepover. Tongue!
