I wanted to make a fairy house for my yard that didn't look cheesy. I wanted it to blend in.

I saw someone tossing out a broken chiminea so I used the top as the house. I plan to put a plant in the chimney top that will flow down the sides of the it. I'm thinking some ivy since I have so much of it in my yard or sweet potato vine. I found a pack of faux pearls and strung them on some fishing line to make a path. I found the mushrooms,3 for a $1, at Micheals. Took a shishkabob squire and broke it into three's. Shoved it slowly up the stem(if u do this go slow, cup the top gently in your hand and push squire in,will break otherwise). I didn't seal them because they were so cheap if they get bad from the weather I'll toss them. Bring them in for the snow though. Also found this little sunflower girl on a Terra Cotta pot and gave her a home inside. I have some flat black river rocks stones I think I will use for a path and am going to make a wood fence out of twigs to surround it. I saw someone who made a gazebo and swinging bench out of twigs once,I'm going to attempt to make that as well, lol

Here's a link to it,this one might work for aol users only, not sure:

Here's a link at my yahoo photo site:

Watcha guys think? It's in it early stages so nothing spectacular yet.

It looks fun! I found a few websites with pics that might give you some ideas.

Hopefully they help out a bit. I love the chimney pot though!

Those links are great. Lots of inspiration there, especially the wall fountain. Have to make that!
