I brake for kitsch!

I worked on these towels while I was on vacation, as embroidery is so relaxing.

I made this cat towel for my boyfriend's mom. Her kitchen is yellow, orange and hot pink.

I'm still having a lot of trouble with French knots (there's always a little piece of floss I can't pull through), so I devised my own little knots of sorts to take their place at the ends of the stars.

I love this girlie towel so much I'm not sure if I'm going to use it in the kitchen.

The powder puff is my favorite part ~ I love the bow on top!

I love them both.  The Girly one I would use in the bathroom, it just looks like it should be hung up right next to a vanity!

Thanks! I think you're right Kittodejemm ~ the girlie one would look good in my bathroom. Silly me for not thinking of that!  Roll Eyes

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong with the French knots - I've looked at two embroidery books and asked my Mom who is good at them but I still can't get them right.  Tongue
