Well this one took me a long time to do.  It has alot of small parts that I had to figure out how to make, but it's worth the effort.

I am going to make luigi,  but quite honestly,  I need a little break  from dolls.  LOL.   That one taxed my patience a bit, and I also have several other smaller projects I need to get out of the way.  Luigi is my next major project tho !

OMG you are AWESOME!  I have been looking for a good Mario ami pattern for AGES!  I could only ever find them with no arms/legs or they just didn't look like him... but my son loves loves loves Mario and this is perfect because his birthday is next month and we didn't know what to get him (other than the ice cream cake he keeps requesting).

Thanks for all the wonderful comments!  (sorry about your ears MacesMeMe,  but from personal experience with four kids - three of them girls -  a warm shower and a cup of tea while the kids are outside playing usually helps that )

Your Mario plush is great! It looks just as good as the merchandise plushes that you see on the internet! Great job, I haven't made one of your patterns yet - but I really want to! I have just been having a hard time figuring out which one to pick first!

Wow!  Awesome looking Mario!  My 3 year old is obsessed with Mario.  I looked for a Mario doll for his bday and boy are they pricey!  I can't crochet to save my life so I know I can't make him myself but my grandma's not too bad with a crochet hook, maybe I can sweet talk her into making it for a Christmas gift.  Thanks for the pattern!  You are awesome!

I've been working on this pattern since you posted it, it's slow going because I have also been suffering from morning sickness which has been kicking my butt, but I am finally feeling better now so I am hoping to get him finished up today (that's my goal at least).  I am making him for my son's birthday, he turns 4 on the 17th and LOVES LOVES LOVES Mario, so it's perfect (he also saw your Luigi post and has requested him as well, but that will have to wait).  Your pattern is great, I haven't had any of those "what the hell is that supposed to mean" moments, haha.

Love your patterns!  I made Mario, Luigi, Luma, Bombom and then I modified your Mario pattern a bit to make Wario.  My Nephew loved them
