I had a request for a huge bag with a center divider. the colors are to symbolize the colors of the us marines. This is the biggest thing I've ever made and the hardest too. It took 5 different kinds of fabric, 3 yards of bais tape, and 1 yard of extra firm interfacing.
so enough talking here it is:

Please ignore my hair and messy appearance. I've been babysitting a 3 and 1 year old(who's teething) all day. This was taken just after they left.
the general measurements is that each side of the center compartment is 3 inches wide, (so roughly 6 inches wide total) about 19 inches at the base, and about 16 in height.
strap is just over 3 feet long. I'd love to know what you think!

I <3 it! Looks like it was a total beast to make, but I think it was worth the effort for the awesome result!

definitely worthy of its name Smiley I love how you used carabiners (no clue how to spell that)  to connect the flap straps - very cool touch!

HOLY MOTHER OF GODDESS! that's huge. . .i want. . .

Looks like it was an amazing project for you. the final product is great, sounds like there's going to be lots of room and looks very well done.  I love the carabiners, that's a really cool added touch.

I wish i was a glow worm
A glow worm's never glum
Cause how could you be grumpy
When the sun shines out your bum!
