Would it change the texture a ton if I used frozen cream cheese in a cheesecake? My mom had a ton of cream cheese bricks in the freezer to use...

We have used frozen cream cheese in cheesecake before.  It gets a little crumbly, but it tastes the same.  Just thaw it completely in the fridge before you use it.
