Moving on from scrap cloth, I've decided to try my hand at our pillowcases. I chose the hummingbird pattern for the sole reason that they are very pretty. Obviously, hummingbirds have nothing to do with restfulness or sleep. I don't think I've ever seen one be still in my life. Smiley





While I did the purple birdie first, I'm much happier with the stitching on the blue bird. In any case, I think they make a lovely pair.

Nicely done and the colors are very pretty.  I love hummingbirds!  I have a feeder up for them and I love to watch them fly around it.
