I believe the author of the card meant, for lack of a better word - arm flab. I believe, unless im reading this wrong, it was the back of the arm card. The wings is the arm flab/fat/skin that hangs.

I might drink too much. I definitely smoke too much. But I've never accomplished so much before! I need to stop before my body falls apart.

Drink too much - The accomplishment doesn't have to be related to the drinking or smoking! If you cut back on those two, you can still be as productive if you try.
