All this has reminded me,Conley put a great letter in with my goodies,and I should have posted it.

Dear Bookstorebabe,
Things are going great here in Ankh-Morpork.I've seen so much of the city so far,and tomorrow I'm going to tour a place called "The Shades",I imagine it will be a lovely park of trees or something somewhere here in the city.I have sent along this care package for you,a fellow named C.M.O.T. Dibbler was able to help me with it.

First,a Genuine Samuel Vimes Tote Bage for your books.I am told that it emblazons his badge and a medal for his highest honor ever achieved.*

Second,Mr.Dibbler has assured me that purple stripey wool socks with a...um...ratty skull and crossbones on is the height of fashion this season.So I have sent along a pair to you so that you may be ahead of the fashion curve in your town and dress all fancy like us people in the big city do.

Lastly,and I really can't believe the deal I got,your very own City Watch House Swamp Dragon.I'm told that every respectable watch house has their own swamp dragon.Mr.Dibbler says this particular fellow,Flynn,was at a watch house that had an actual Igor-can you believe that?Anyways,this Igor...after many complaints that Flynn had eaten a number of personal articles,installed a zipper on the young dragon so that the items (if you're that desperate to retrieve them)can be returned.Remember though that Swamp Dragons are delicate imflammatory creatures so when you remove stuff...be careful**.I am also told that some things from the watch house are still missing so you may want to watch for them.....
A gentleman named "Nobby" has lost his Cripple Mr.Onion cards.
Someone named Constable Swires has complained that his body double is also missing
One of Commander Vimes' notebooks are gone
And one of the official City Watch Undercover disguise kits cannot be located

So,here's hoping that you recieve this package without much of its contents eaten or destroyed***.Take care,and I'll send you a postcard with a picture of "the Shades".

I was wondering; is there ever going to be another Discworld swap? The galleries I've been going through look so fabulous, and, like others have said, there's still so much more that might be done within this theme!

I agree. The first swap I was in was a Discworld swap. Best introduction to swapping for a nervous newbie ever, and so much fun!

I was firstly excited to see there were Discworld swaps AT ALL, but then I got sad that there hasn't been one in YEARS. A lot of the members who did these swaps appear to be MIA. :S

PERHAPS A NEW GENERATION SHOULD RISE UP??*

And Sir PTerry is such a nice man. I'm going to my third convention in August, and I'm really looking forward to it!
