you know I am shark crazy.  He is wonderful and the compass.  Great stitching.  Your work always amazes me.

So cool rectangel! Trellis stitch is so cool.  I love how you did the twisted rope too!

sarahj2001 - the hollyhocks look great.

sarahj2001 - love the story behind the boxing kitty and fish.  Although a rabid dog would have been funny with all those cats.

ritapizza - your mermaid is very pretty she just seems to be floating by that pretty fish below.

~Glenda  - what a sweet looking girl.  I like the flower on her hat.

rectangel - What I love about your designs is all the little details.  You even added the pink on the gills that is great and I agree with IamSusie I like the twisted rope.

thanks ladies Wink

Susie -the "rope" is a 2 strand chain stitch that I wrapped with another 2 strands...I've employed this technique before and try to cross from the bottom of one chain link to the top on the opposite side   --it depends on making your chain stitching very even so it would be perfect for you Wink

rectangel, LOVE the shark!! He looks fierce without being scary (tho he'd be plenty scary to encounter in the water, I'm sure Wink ). Nice touch adding the pink "inside" the gills. The compass is way cool - I'm glad you included the detail shot -- the twisting and the trellis stitch are great touches. I can't wait to see how the apron looks when aada's sewn it up.

Wow- glenda- I'm in LOVE with your sweet little girl! AWESOME work!

Rectangle, as always, I'm never disappointed- you rock my socks with the shark and that compass

I got my last towel in the mail yesterday- it surprises me that even though we were the late start group, we are still finishing up right behind the others. Its been great, thanks all

(bee- thanks for backing up my dog theory- I knew it would fit in, I should have gone with my first instinct, but I still love what I did)!

I got my towel back yesterday!  I love it so much!  It's soo me..everything on it really suits my personality.

I think I may hang it up or actually use it as a towel in the kitchen...I'm not sure yet..  It's a lot bigger than I remember it being Smiley

Looks great, Sarah!  (Of course, I already knew that since I was the last one to see it!   Wink)  I'm glad I was able to make a contribution to your beautiful towel ... and even happier that you love it so much.
