I dream of a house covered with your art, and would love a personal swap. Pm me if you'd like to spread the crafty love! I also need blue fabric scraps for a scrap quilt!

j_q_adams -- Your hummingbird and lotus flowers are so pretty. Have to admit though, I'm curious what you would have done if you'd gone the Soviet propaganda route.

GatsbyGirl ... sorry it's taken me a while to respond!  I was finally able to upload this pic.  Here's what I was planning on stitching onto KW's towel, IF it went that route!

That's an AWESOME image. It would have been a COMPLETELY different towel though.

I recently sent off IamSusie's towel ... I wan't planning on stitching this image, but once I saw the towel in person I felt it was a great fit.

And yes, it is another Andrea Zuill pattern!  What can I say? -- I love her stuff!

Here's a picture of Susie's entire towel so far:

I love it j_q_a!  I was thinking about pairs of birds as a theme, so you read my mind!  Gosh variegated floss is pretty.  I need a lot more of that stuff in my stash.

You found a great Soviet image!  A whole Soviet cold war towel would have really been something new for our swap.

rectangel - your Amelia is just perfect. I'm completely blown away.

fiberartsy - I love your sacred heart! The colors are great and I'm a huge sucker for seed stitch.

fenifer - Tetris! Yes! I love it!

Kitten Wrangler - great patterns! I love the red stitching on the boot and the teapot guy is awesome!

I Sew Cute - your fish is too cute! Love the lips!

Pearliepie - I love your ice cream man! Such a great mustache!

greenlightgo - awesome VW! That towel is so cool!

doo_leroux - great tattoo flash!

kittykill - your girl is so pretty! I LOVE those flowers!

GatsbyGirl - I love your pillow! Your theme was one of my favorites!

IamSusie - that is so beautiful!! All the colors! Eek! The whole towel is amazing!

j_q_adams - such sweet birdies! That towel's looking great, too!

Lilyvanilli - what a lovely pattern.  I really like the look of mandalas but I tend to get bored the third or fourth time I do the same pattern repeat.  I have only done a few of them.  Yours is still lovely.

Thank you! I love mandalas and had aways wanted to stitch one. I love the result (although I didn't have enough time to do all the satin stitch I wanted to do so had to settle for seeding), but it was fairly tedious to stitch the same thing over and over again.
