Here's my addition to PaleAngelLex's bird towel:

And here's a pic of the whole thing:

I got the pattern from the Hoop Love pool on Flickr.

Also, AlwaysInspired asked me to post pics of her towel. I don't have my good camera with me, so please excuse the crappy cell phone pics. Here's the whole towel:

And here's Zombie_Queen's addition:

I got a little behind on my commenting and I didn't want to forget anyone so here's my list:

PaleAngelLex - Your sacred heart is awesome! Your satin stitching looks really good! Your tentacle design on ThirdMargaret's towel is perfect and hilarious! Great job!

I Sew Cute - your mermaid is fabulous! You are just too awesome.

~Glenda - I love your traveling lady. Her suitcase is fantastic.

GatsbyGirl -  I have no idea what your video game design is, but I love it! Your fill stitching looks great! I love that whole towel! The Pac-Man is fabulous!

fiberartsy - great addition! I love the flower and the personalization of your design.

sarahj2001 - way to work with the metallic floss! Your silverware is super cute!

rectangel - I love your addition to I Sew Cute's towel! Her fans are gorgeous and I love her hair!

Mamaphunk - awesome treasure chest! The detail on the wood is great!

ThirdMargaret - Thank you!! I love that quote and that book! It's beautiful, thank you!

millik - Great addition to GatsbyGirl's towel! I love the lettering.

ritapizza - Awesome!! I love all the different stitches and colors! Beautiful!

kittykill - I love your goldfish! Your stitching is lovely!

AlwaysInspired - Hahaha!! OMG, I love your Ferris Bueller! Such a perfect addition! I love that towel so much even though (and probably because) it caused me so much stress. Wink

Kitten Wrangler - Whoa. You're a crazy french knot machine! I would've gone crazy had I attempted that. Fantastic job!

fiberartsy - pretty! I love the color variation in the flower!

sew~amy - I love you cardinal! Your Virginia lettering is very neat and pretty.

fiberartsy - that persimmon design is beautiful! I love the colors and your stitching looks so nice! That whole towel is really lovely.

GatsbyGirl - Oh man, I love that chihuahua! It's so cool! Great colors, design, stitching, everything!

j_g_adams - Ooh! Pretty hummingbird and flowers! I love the colors you used for the bird.

fenifer - beautiful design and stitching!

cupcakeguru - awesome VW! The colors are great! Your cowboy kitty is beyond adorable! I love it!

ritapizza - great scooter! I love the pink!

Zombie_Queen - cute gnomes!

lilyvanilli - your replica patch just stuns me... how on earth did you catch the detail to reproduce it? It's spot on!

Thanks! I just printed the picture out as big as possible and traced around it. Then I just went in and cleaned up the lines. It was pretty challenging, but totally worth it.

This gallery is so inspiring, I'm blown away with everyone's work!

I will be out of town June 11-20 with limited computer access. (Be patient with me, I'm on the beach!)

Thanks for posting pics Lily!
I love your little bird. I'm so happy I get to fill up the last spot on Paleangellex's towel! I started on it this morning before work and I plan on working on it tonight while watching tv.
The gnomey is great Zombie_Queen! Thanks so much! I LOVE gnomes.  Wink

This is my addition to cupcakeguru's halloween theme tea towel.
I decided on two designs. The vampire is stitched in glow in the dark thread by DMC and is an Urban Threads design. The gravestone is a Sublime Stitching design, but I added another crack to it at the bottom, and added the flowers to the sides, and the 2009 TTTV under the RIP is also stitched with DMC glow in the dark thread.

The whole towel so far

Sorry I've been so quiet. I've missed posting on so many things. They have all been fantastic!
I'm loving my towel! I love the blue birds and can't wait to see what you come up with AlwaysInspired. That's one very awesome Halloween towel too. I've got a plan for the John Hughes towel. It's the last one, so sad Sad
