I love the Russian doll! Very nice color selections! It looks perfect in the center of the towel.

kittykill & GatsybyGirl -- BOTH amazing designs!!

i am glad someone else did a center design ... now i am not the only one!  mamaphunk's towel is looking amazing so far.  i love the "anthropologie" theme!!

rectangel's towel is looking awesome, too.  i need to do some research on crayon tinting ... any good tutorials out there that y'all would recommend?

working on rita's apron right now ... excited about my design.  can't wait to finish it and share with you all.

GatsbyGirl ~ That turned out so cute! I love all the seed stitching, and her face is adorable.

j_q ~ There is a good discussion about crayon-tinting here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=245721.0. It's really quite easy. The most challenging part for me has always been not being heavy-handed with the crayons Smiley.

Here's what I stitched on PaleAngelLex's towel.  I wish I had used more strands, but I was afraid the design would get too bunchy.  I was wrong. Undecided  It is done is blue, purple, and a blue and purple varigated floss.
