Oh my.  It just gets better and better!  Fenifer, the octopus is (as my 15 yr old would say) Beast!  Well done!

~Glenda, your geisha is beautiful!  You did an exceptional job!

Here's my addition to sonjabegonia's towel.  She wanted things from John Hughes' movies and I have to admit that at first I was kinda stumped.  Then once I came up with one idea, others just started flying through my brain and I wish I could've stitched a few more! Cheesy  I went with my first thought, though, so as a nod to "Sweet Sixteen", a quote from that movie.

Hope this is in line with what you wanted, Sonja!

LOVE the cake!!! And what a great theme . . . I can see how the ideas would start flying once your brain got on the right track.

I missed a bunch...

Glenda ...love the art, crayon tinting & stitching...it's all good!

fenifer - OMG... how you did that shading really makes that octopus look like it's floating over the towel in the photo! That's wild!

IamSusie - I love your colorful rollercoaster! Your stitching is so neat & tidy too. I have troubles with stray threads sometimes...so I admire that quality in yours.

ZombieQueen - it's so personal of you to duplicate your tattoo in embroidery... it looks great!

PaleAngelLex - your cameo girl is so elegant... it doesn't feel unfinished without a face to me because when I look at it, it seems dreamlike & gives me a sense of serenity or calm. She's beautiful!  Wink

I love the cake third! You did great! I can't wait to get to stitch on that towel. I already have an idea brewing and we own the movie I want to stitch something from so I can watch while I stitch!
