i just now found the gallery!

first, just wanted to mention that i'm the one who sent banga the flax-fabric napkins (i think she thanked  bsonlytoots in her note).

Yesterday was a good mail day Smiley I received a set of gorgeous cloth napkins from bsonlytoots! They look so pretty with my newlypainted breakfast table! Thanks so much; I love them!

ok, here's what i've received this month:

recycled paper notepads from banga:

fabulous toddler backpack (+ some homemade playdough, not pictured) from 1boy1girl1kitty2--this is all going to be part of my niece's xmas gift this year!

and here are the hats i sent to ilovesnails:

I received from ariaya last week but it was a long weekend here in Canada (Labour Day!) so I didn't have a chance to post pictures until now.

I received some crocheted slippers for my daughter Ava.  They're supposed to be a Christmas gift but I had her try them on to make sure they fit, and they do!

I wasn't expecting to find anything else in the package so the next two items were a pleasant surprise.  A pair of handwoven coasters made with hemp and handspun wool!  I've tried weaving a set before but my project really didn't turn out...

Knowing that I like plants, ariaya also sent a notepad.  I'm always writing lists so of course, it's already been used.

Thanks ariaya!  And sorry for the delay in posting.

Yay! My package from SAHMama was finally found! I love my mailman.

Let me back up a step. The package was in the system as "Delivered" waaaaay back on September 2nd. But, there was no package in my box, no key for a parcel box and the apt office didn't have it. Went back-and-forth for a couple days with notes before I realized it wasn't my normal mailman. Turns out he was on vacation and I had some....well....let's just say "different" guy filling in. And he lost my package.

Today, finally, my regular mailman came back from vacation. I explain to him about the problem and about 30 minutes later, he knocked on my door and hand delivered the package to me. I don't know where he found it, but he's a rock star because he did find it. I had visions of it being gone forever.

SAHMama made me my very own reading pillow. And in the coolest brown/blue combo. It's hard to get a good pic of the colors.

Action shot:

This will definitely come in handy. I'm so glad it finally made it's way to me and that it didn't get eaten by the crappy fill-in mailman. Thank you so much, SAHMama! Grin

Ava loves them too!  The originally pattern was called something along the lines of "Baby Booties" and can be found on Etsy.  But I love that the different touches were put on the ones I received!

I know the picture is of poor quality, you especially cannot see the coasters very well, I took it using my laptop.
