This choker took me a few hours of hand sewing and some very sore fingers from all the layers in the bow. It is velvet ribbon and closes with ribbon ends and a chain in the back. I love how it came out.

Now for something completely different:
I made this cell phone charm for a friend. The string is a little ragged because he's been using it and loves it! I made the mushrooms from neon and glow in the dark polymer clay. The whole bottle is 1 inch high. Blacklight photo so you can see them glowing:

I also made one for myself, using glass from a broken car window.

I love the cameo, and waht you did with it--perfect settign Smiley  Where did you get it?

I also like the little mushrooms! I have a bunch of those little bottles and I just never know what to put in there.

I like penguins, stars, rainbows and blue.
If your project has any of these, don't be surprised to see me post in it! Cheesy

The cameo came set in the metal, and I had trouble figuring out what to do with it since it was already so fancy. Eventually I decided to just do simple ribbon for the choker. I found the cameo at Michael's!
I also have a few more of the little bottles and am trying to think of more things to put in them  Cheesy
Thanks!!

The cameo choker is gorgeous with that color ribbon. And your hand stitching is amazing! (Mine always looks like a three year old did it.)

I'm glad you like them  Smiley

Tularosa: The ribbon is actually black, the same as the background of the cameo (I just realized it might look brown so I thought I would clarify). I actually thought my hand stitching could have been better so I'm really happy to hear that! Thank you!

These are crazy awesome! How do you even make mushrooms that tiny?! And that choker is simply gorgeous!

Haha thanks! the answer is, very carefully, with the aid of long nails and a toothpick  Tongue
I've seen some amazing tiny clay food on here... after doing this, I really admire people who can make it on a regular basis.
