I love making little matchbox shrines, and I really love these new blank (plain white cardboard!) matchboxes. It's so easy to get a nice color background on these with some Mod Podge and tissue paper, and the tissue paper is so thin that the drawer still slides easily. Here's a little sacred heart shrine I made:



I couldn't help but use some Dresden trim on the sides:



Here's the inside. I glitzed it up a bit with some glitter and half pearls. There's a little hanger on the back so it can hang on a wall.



The photos are large, but it's really the size of a standard match box.  Smiley
