So here I am once again ready to throw things around my kitchen. I have a baking table set up at the local farmers market and I am trying to make pizza pops for it, I also make meat pies and they are beatiful if I do say so. My question is, why are my pizza pops leaking? I've tried several different dough types and nothing is working. Does anyone else make things?? Is there some magic trick I'm missing out on?

what kind of dough is it?  Do you seal it shut with pinches or a fork? Eggwash or water?

When i make them, i eggwash the edges together and seal with tines of a fork, and they never leak.  Also, making sure not to overfill is important

good luck
