Floppy Disk pen holder and box with lid.

My nerdy boyfriend decided he wanted a floppy disk pen holder so I decided to do a bit more!! I love the way it turned out!



What I started out with.

Without lid and pen box done.

I am going to fill it with things for him to take back to college with him, including silk screened t-shirts, his fave candy, so on and so forth.

A hot gluegun and they are re-enforced with the metal from the inside of the other disks.

What an awesome way to reuse floppy disks!! I think mine all got thrown away a long time ago....but if I come across any, I'll keep this in mind! Perfect for nerds and computer geeks <3 !!! How sturdy is the box??

It could use some reinforcing but it's pretty sturdy! I just wouldn't suggest storing bricks in it!
