This is my first post, but I've been reading Craftster for a loooooooong time!

I made these pins with metal clay recently:

Very cute! I have never heard of metal clay before- what is it? Does it mold like regular clay?

I've been a crayola craft foam + metallic paint sort of gal' so far Smiley

Thank you! Smiley

Aaahh, I should have explained. Here's more info:

Yes, it is basically like using clay, but it does get a little difficult to work with the longer it stays out. You can mold it, and the best part is you can use a kitchen torch to fire it after it dries out! (Torch = fun!) After torching the clay, you're left with silver!

These are great, very clean and graphic. Also, this metal clay sounds interesting. It may have to go on my list of things to try.

I am the sort of person who gets the urge to vandalise misspelt or gramatically incorrect street signs. Therefore, this rocks.

Thanks, burntspaghetti and talyra!  Smiley

Talyra, I feel the same when I see signs that are all messed up. I'm an editor, so little things like that can drive me nuts! Ha!
