Wow!  I love the make-up removers.  What an awesome idea!  The tissue cover is super cute, too.  What a great package!

Frogmamma- It was such a great idea to crochet the makeup removers!!! My friend crocheted (okay... how do you use a past tense of crochet?!LOL! I think it's right but it doesn't look right "crocheted" okay.. anyways) a wash cloth for me last Christmas and I LOVE it.  At first I was like.. this is so cute I can't USE it!! But then I finally broke down, used the wash cloth, and now I love it and it is still cute!! Smiley

I so can't take credit for the make-up removers idea, they were on her wists. It was just a matter of figuring out the pattern.
Craftybeachgirl had a ton of crocheted ( yeah that's it) stuff on her wists so most of the swap was super fun and easy. I think I could crochet in my sleep.

Crocheted cotton just begs to be used Cheesy It only gets softer and better with use.

He asked, and I said yes.
I'm looking for Home Interiors resin butterflies, and License plates from other states. PM me for swap info. I love to swap.

While I'm eagerly waiting for my package to arrive, I thought I'd post a couple photos of the items I made and sent to butterflyangel.

A ribbon curtain/wall hanging:

I shaped the wire into hearts at the end and tied ribbons and strips of lace across to create a kind of "beaded" curtain (except with ribbons instead of beads). I hadn't made anything like it before, but I was really pleased at how it turned out. It looks really pretty in person. I plan on making one for myself too.

Make-up case, necklace, Japanese eraser, and stickers:

My swap partner said that she liked skull patterns and that she liked make-up, so I sewed a make-up case with some cute pink skull fabric I found at Joannes. I made the pendant on the necklace with resin, sprinkles and glitter (for the shiny part of the swap). I made the stickers too, from my own art.

I received from dazeychick and it was seriously the best package! We were so alike so I wasn't worried about anything. Ok, onto the pictures:

The shirt is basically straight from my wist and I love it! And there is a pink scarf and another thing from my wist...a peacock headband!

The slippers! So cute and comfy and they fit perfect! These will come in handy for those Colorado winters

Extras Smiley Pink fabric softener! Treats for my kiddos and pretty beaded necklaces.
