I received my whimsies from Beccas_song. Lots of good stuff! She knows I love Halloween so she did a Halloween theme (among others). THANK YOU!

Awesome "jar" kittykill! I love all that skull and Halloween goodness! Lots of great whimsies and neat little cans. Wink Very nice job Beccas_song! Where did you find those black skeleton hands or did you paint them? Those are so cool!

Hey everyone! I received not one, but two amazing jars from freestyle yesterday! Be prepared for lots of pics. I think some items may be absent from these photos because I went through everything and started using some things before I was able to take pictures, so if I missed anything and you have pictures please post them.

Okay, here we go...

The jars are mugs with an illustration of dandelion seeds blowing away. So cute!!

Here is a rather disorganized shot of most of the smaller whimsies (sorry for the wierd lighting and arrangement, it was a beautiful day today so I decided to take pictures outside under our tree, lol)

Here are my favorites! I said I would scream for joy if I found a little lucky cat or buddah statue in my jar, and she got me pendants which are 1000 times better than statues! YAY! Cheesy And I am pretty sure that the yarn is handspun, and that the matryoshkas are hand painted. I am very excited! I had a couple of other favorites that didn't make it into the picture because they are already in use. One was a bar of handmade loofa soap (the best soap ever!) and a keychain with my name on it and a little lemon.

Here are some closeups of the other whimsies. There are so many cool things in there, I don't even think I can list them all, lol. But among the notable things are the kitty beads, the tiny pinecones (where on earth did you find them?!) and puzzle pieces, the citrus beads, and the tiny little clogs.

And last but not least are the paper whimsies. I got some cool asian paper, a page with cool foreign writing on it, a bunch of cool vintage things like tickets and illustrations, and these really amazing chopsticks with little geishas on the paper cover.

Thank you so much! You really nailed my tastes.

Oh, those mugs are so cute!  And, I'm drooling over all the Asian stuff.

Yay!! So happy you are happy!!  Cheesy  The pine cones are from redwood trees- I claimed a bunch of them from caluna in the Shop the Swap because I thought they were so adorable. I painted the cups, but the matryoshkas I found already painted. (BTW, the cups are painted with porcelain paints and are dishwasher safe.) The Asian paper is joss paper, and I found the geisha chopsticks at a yard sale and thought they were so cute you might could use them in you paper crafts. Whew- relief is mine now that you've received!  Cheesy
