Yes, I used interfacing on my strap. For this bag I've been using a lighter weight interfacing.

On the purple one my strap is about 36". It's just a tiny bit too long I'm finding. If you have a lot of overlap you could make it into the type of strap where it velcros shut or a *dangit can't think of the word* backback type clasp. I measured from the back of my shoulder, around my front to my side and added some extra for ease. I think I added a wee too much.

I saw a pattern last night for a bag that seemed to have a zipper pocket in the strap so I may try that on the next one I make. I need one to match my wallet.  Grin

From the book Godless:

Just Al: I know that God is real. I feel his presence in my heart
Me: What does it feel like?
Just Al: It's hard to describe Jason. It feels good.
Me: Oh. I thought maybe it was like heartburn or something.

I'm thinking this may be a bit of an unclear tute so feel free to ask questions. And please post pics if you make one.  Grin

None of these photos work. Any way they can be reposted? I have the basic idea but some things are unclear.

Thanks
