Great yarns everyone!!
lechaton, great first yarn!
Jazzturtle, great yarns, as usual.  now that I know yarn can be sucessfully spun onto wire I'm actually going to give it a go....
Goldfish girl, those are great. love the orange blue red... It looks like it may make a really fun toque!
Lado, that dog hair yarn is great!

okay as promised in the random spinny babble thread: the yarn I made from the roving Oddacity sent!!!
Before it was plied: (okay that was about 1/2 way through the plying process)

After it was plied:  250yrds BFL/Coridale (one sigle of each) approx. 4oz.

And this is Shadow priest all spun up:

I may get a chance later today to add a pic of what a shadow priest looks like, So those of you that don't play world of warcraft can see where my inspiration came from Smiley

here's the pic of inspiration for the shadow priest yarn Smiley

maybe not the best pic, but it shows where ther blue comes from ( the spell I'm shooting out called mind flay)  And I didn't have time to get out my shadow fiend, but thats where the black comes from. So the sequence in the yarn goes shadow form (the purples) then mindflay, then shadowfiend, mindflay, shadow form Smiley

Gorgeous yarns, everyone! I've only got one skein photographed at the moment. I'll cheat and put the rest up next week, since the camera is upstairs.

First time posting my yarns on here, I admit I've been a lurker.  Kinda intimidated by all the great yarns everyone posts each week, lol.

So here's this week's yarns for me....

100% Superwash Wool can't remember where I wrote down the yardage, 2.6 oz

100% Superwash Wool, 2-ply  85 yards and a whopping 4.5 oz

My first supercoil, went from like 70-80 yards to 14  Roll Eyes  2.4 oz

Belladune your WoW yarns make me giggle so much. It just combines my 2 favorite things all into one. When you said Shadow Priest I laughed because I thought of that before I saw the name..I play way tooooo much WoW...

Grin!  i love WoW too.. don't play as much as I used to anymore, but I thought it'd be fun to combine the two things I love!  you should see all the WoW related stuff in our house...... it's kind of sad really... but hey, we haven't dress up as nightelfs yet....

But that's great you saw shadow priest before you read the name... means I got it right!

xD Wooo for mixing obsessions! I almost fell over when I was poking around on Etsy, because I found a gorgeous blue batt named Sonic Screwdriver. xD Be warned, it has inspired me. No longer will WoW be the only geeky yarn inspiration!
