Here are a few things I've recently finished.

I was asked to make a mother and child set of creatures and they turned out like this:

I had a rough idea of what the person who ordered them wanted - pointed heads and Autumn colours - but they do rather have minds of their own while you're making them, and you can never quite tell if your ideas will work out.

I made the mother first and I was really happy with the way her head looked.

I made the child with a comparatively larger head and eyes, and without horns.

I love monkeys (well, who doesn't?) and I had this great lime green mohair-type yarn, so I combined the two and came up with this Fuzzy Lime Monkey. He seemed to need a stripy tail, so I gave him one.

As you can see, he likes climbing trees and contemplating the grass.

Some time ago I made myself a little cat, he's only 4" tall. I just wanted a little guy to travel around with me. He's made of mohair, and I sort of jointed his arms and legs with yarn as I sewed them on.

Anyway, I hope you like them, all comments appreciated.

Your little creatures are adorable! I only just recently started crocheting animals and such. I haven't worked with any fuzzy yarns yet, but this inspires me to experiment with different yarns. Again amazing!

They are all so cute and adorable. I love their faces. It really made me wonder if I have some mohair yarn in my stash...
